The Follow-Up Audit

The follow-up audit is performed annually by TÜV Rheinland and further local organisation on behalf of the Chinese authorities. For this purpose, the auditor will generally need to be at your factory for 1 to 1.5 days.

The procedure is similar to that of the initial audit and serves to determine whether the conditions are still in place for the CCC certificate. The follow-up audit is a prerequisite for the maximum validity of the CCC certificates and printing permissions for 5 years.
