VSCC Certification

Exports to Taiwan (Republic of China) are also subject to certain certification requirements. The Vehicle Safety Certification Center (VSCC) in Lugang is the competent authority.

Vehicle approvals and the certification of individual components requiring approval can be applied for at the VSCC. The process of CCC certification for the Chinese market and the process of Taiwan Certification are largely similar, but Taiwan Certification is less time-consuming and also cheaper.
