CAV Certification – To Replace CQC and CCAP Certificates
Starting from July 1, 2024, for all products in the CAV catalog, CQC and CCAP going forward will conduct certifications according to the corresponding CAV Certification Rules and issue CAV certificates (instead of CQC certificates or CCAP Certificates).
Based on the requirements of the “Minutes of the Meeting of the Technical Committee of the Certification Alliance for Vehicle (CAV)”, CQC and CCAP will carry out certifications for all products in the CAV catalog in accordance with the relevant CAV certification rules and issue CAV certificates (instead of CQC certificates or CCAP certificates) from July 1, 2024. This means that CQC and CCAP will no longer issue new CQC certificates or CCAP certificates for these products.
Current certificates do not need to be adjusted immediately; they can be changed to CAV certificates during the next changes or updates, or, at the latest, with the certificate extension before expiry.
